Rooms were a good size and clean, check in and out quick and easy, staff were great, bar was good for cocktails and bar meals, there are a few restaurants nearby so worth exploring for some choice . A stop just outside the hotel for the hop on/off bus tour is very handy, but check the times as we didn’t realise it was on winter timetables Great to have a decent coffee machine in the room and a fridge

Check- in was easy, reception staff very pleasant nice aroma in reception, well appointed room with comfy double & single bed.. very clean.. used the pool a few times, friendly staff and good facilities but could do with larger towels, barely covered our bits🙈 ate breakfast on 2 mornings, great selection of meats, cheeses, granola, fresh fruit, smoothies as well as cooked breakfast options, there was a separate Gluten/ dairy free food station ,again staff very pleasant. We had a lovely lunch in the bar one day. We walked everywhere that weekend but I believe that public transport options were near enough ..taxi from Temple Bar area was 16 eu, walked it in about 20mins..right across the road from Bord Gais Theatre so if in town for a show I would definitely recommend..it was on the pricey end but there were many concerts on that weekend, one of which we attended, so that's to be expected I guess!

Everything Xmas Decor 🎄 majical Staff are super professional, helpful, and ultimate professionals My rom was perfect Lovely cold fridge Towels soft Dressing gown for spa Breakfast is Stella such choice Lovely setting music in the background All felt majical Francesco checked me in the first night so helpful Didn't didn't get all the names But a lovely Eastern European lady checked me, and my extended stay was amazing, and a lovely Indian lady Breakfast mmanager does a great job organising such an amazing breakfast experience Pool lovely, great hot sauna Couldn't fault ir Eddie Cruz be waiter was great it was very busy managing several tables Small touches here make a difference Inspirational key cards O brien chocolates Voucher off restaurant Fabulous majical such an Xmas feel on a top notch location the docklands Thank you .....

Arrived at reception and was informed I was the guest of the day - upgraded room and when I arrived in room there was a lovely fruit platter and two drinks vouchers to enjoy in the bar which was a lovely added touch especially when unexpected. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfy. Duvets and pillows good quality. Little fridge was great for keeping drinks chilled. The robes and slippers were very comfy. Lovely spa and pool facilities. Great location. Reception staff made it easy to check in and out and we're very friendly.

Stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen concert, great location, short distance to the luas, room was lovely, food in the bar was delicious and it was a 30 minute walk to Croke Park up along the canal.

A very busy hotel, lots of people about when we arrived. We had checked in and out online which was very convenient and fast. We were able to print our own room keys at a kiosk in the foyer and go to the room without any waiting about. Rooms where very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a few hundred metres from the Bord Gais theatre which was our reason for visiting, really good location for this. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel and both were excellent. Would stay here again..

This Hotel was exceptional A winter wonderland Xmas trees , Xmas music Close attention to detail Breakfast is perfect, such varieties , and health options Seating out at xmas trees just fabulous Food great Staff were so hard Very helpful I didn't catch all the names Francesco , Sarah, an Eastern European lady, and a lovely Indian lady were so helpful and professional .Manners go a long way They are all ultimate professionals. The manager of this hotel 🏨 really dies a great Jon To empower tranquillity extra touches . The rooms are beautiful cleaning staff so helpful Steam amd Sauna fabulous friendly ma ager at pool It's hard to fault this hotel What a location on the docklands A winter wonderful

The location was ideal, as it was a family trip with my twins (aged 10). We got to visit the Epic museum, The Jennie Johnston Famine ship and also to top the whole trip off we went to Bord Gais to see Aladdin. Excellent location with small children and the swimming pool made their day!
